    Ok...how old is this baby?

It looks very little to start defining its gender.

We also need to see it’s face.

Kinda looks like a roo from its spers, they are a little big for a chick.

How old? Need to see the feathers that are coming in. the legs don't indicate anything at this time, and the head spot (I've found) is an unreliable way to judge gender.

People say that you can sex Dominique day old chicks by head spot and leg coloring

Heritage quality, from a breeder... you can with Doms and barred Rocks.... I've noticed that the head spots are far more irregular to judge from on hatchery quality birds. Its easier to tell from the barring.

Head spot sexing and leg sexing depends on lineage and age (the old they are the less obvious it is) and is a bit unreliable at best. Once the barring comes in it will be a lot easier to tell. That being said just looking at these pictures I would guess possibly male, but I would definitely wait 3-4 weeks and watch for barring coloration

It does to have spurs but I won’t fight about it.

It looks like a girl front eh leg coloring but still way to young to tell

I think you have some mis information. Spurs are the pointy thing on the side of the chickens leg, can you point out where you see spurs?
