I would isolate her from the others until you know what is going on.
What color is her poop? If you can post a pic that will be better.
Is she drinking? If not, you may have to tube her some water. Just get educated on the process for tubing before attempting it. The wrong pipe will kill her.
Check her for egg impaction. The Chicken Chick has a very good website about egg binding. Sorry, I don't know how to link it here.
Offer her some crushed oyster shell. Sorry to cut this short, but I gotta get to work. I'll check back with you after work today. Good luck.

Watery poop can be a sign of worms. Consider worming her with valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer, 1/2cc orally undiluted and repeat again in 10 days. Also inspect her for lice/mites especially around her vent area.

I too have a chicken who I've no idea what's wrong, symptoms sound the exact same.

She is not eating, though I think is drinking a little. She's been like this about a week. She was the lightest in my flock to begin with (I think she's the bottom on the pecking order, but is my cutest and sweetest), and although I can't feel much weight loss, she is skin and bone, breast bone is shockingly prominent. Poop is green, and runny, but she's just sitting there so is clumping under her vent, I've trimmed the area but is tricky, but hopefully it may help. No worms/maggots around her vent.

Trying to pry her beak open, as soon as it begins to open she shakes her head, so is impossible to drop some grains down. Every other day, to no avail I've tried scrambled egg. That said she did have a tiny bit the first time I gave it to her but nothing since. Wasn't even interested in a bit of soaked bread.
All she wants to do is sit there, next to the heat lamp, sometimes head is forward leaning on the bedding,, sleeping.
I have isolated her by placing her in a rabbit hutch within my duck house, so food and water is nearby, and the heat lamp is up against the mesh. Really don't know what to do.
I also live in France, so American products, or ordering stuff online will not be of use to me, or get here in time.

Sorry to post in your topic Sammy, but possibly same problem.

We do... But French fruit is very seasonal, unlike the uk where it's available at all times. I'm going out later so will see if the supermarket has any. They go nuts for Figs, but they arn't in season.

Sounds like internal laying, the hen may be slowly dying from the infection. Is her abdomen squishy or distended? There is no cure for internal laying, it's s genetic issue. Either let them pass naturally or put her down.

EDIT: I would ask OP the same question; is her abdomen squishy orr distended? You say she's broody, but she's under the tree? How is she acting broody? Is she laying eggs?
