Thought I'd change things up a bit today. Started with 500 double unders, 5 sets of 100. I didn't have the timer going, but noticed that I finished the last 300 while Edge of Seventeen was still playing, so I wasn't slacking. 😁

Next I started the timer. 15 rounds 1 min work 20 sec rest, 3 rounds of each:

1 min bag
10 bench press @ 135
1 min abs
10 deadlifts @ 205
5 clean and jerks @ 95

That worked out well. I was tired at the end.
