Greetings from a BYC newbie!
I am preparing for the arrival of several runner ducklings. I am designing their shelter, and have decided (unless I get more pertinent information) to give them a sliding wooden door into their Little Fort Knox pen.
I want to be able to slide the door as I stand outside their pen. I also want to be able to lock the sliding door from outside the pen.
Since I don't have pictures at this point (haven't made a really nice drawing yet, either), I am simply looking for some information about how one would lock a door (like a pop door) that slides sideways instead of up and down. It is probably extremely simple, but I have duck house designer's block, or something
