Since the rooster is gold and the females are silver then the male offspring will be silver and the female offspring will be gold. The gold star is most likely wheaten at the E locus and the dorkings are wild type. Wheaten is dominant over wild type so the offspring will have very little black in their plumage. The gold star also carries the columbian gene which will clear black from the body of the offspring and cause the gold color to change to a orange/tan color in the female offspring. The gold star also carries dominant white.

Assuming the male carries two dominant white genes. All in all, the females will be like a female gold star but with more white on the back, neck hackles, and white in the wings and tail. The male offspring will be white because of the dominant white and silver. The male offspring will most likely show some black in the tail and wings,

Polydactyly is a dominant trait, so they will have extra toes. They will also have white skin. Body conformation is a polygenic trait so they may look similar to the Dorking in body shape ( this is a guess on my part). I have crossed different breeds with different .body conformations and the offspring favored the heavier breed.
