dose the mini dome incubator work

dose the mini dome incubator realy work.Its said to have a good haching rate is it ture.

I bought one years ago for a school project for the kids and used it over and over mainly just to play with for years after. Right now I have it loaned out.
Generally I would get two live out of the 3 eggs in holds. Only once has all three hatched. Never could get quail to hatch in it just chickens.
So yes it works...

I put sponge pieces in the legs for humidity instead of just water sloshing around near the light bulb.
