dot on a turkey’s neck

hi, few weeks ago, i noticed a small purple dot on my turkeys neck. then it started to change its color,now its grey with black edges. i thought maybe when two males fought, one pinched another’s neck, but now as its color changes, it kinda upsets me. what can it be? he also has diarrhea, i gave everything what was needed, but it did not help. i thought maybe that could be because the place where he stayed was cold or something. i have already changed it. also he started to turn his neck in a strange way. he’s not passive, eats well, i don’t know what to do with him.
first picture was taken on February 14, second on was taken on 16, third one today.

This statement is meaningless to us. We have no idea of whether or not what you think was needed is actually good for your turkey or not. You need to say what you actually did for or gave your turkey.

You refer to your turkey as a "he". I do not see anything in your photos that would indicate that your turkey is a male.

This looks like an injury or a bite that has swollen and is now developing some necrotic tissue.
