Anyone have any double yolkers ready in the spring? Red stars? Golden stars or comets?

What do you mean by double yolker? Sometimes a pullet that has just begun laying may produce a few double-yolked eggs as their egg-laying mechanism works things out, but there is no specific breed known for consistently laying double-yolked eggs.

I have one girl that will lay two double yolkers a week but she can not go anywhere. The kids love to see the big eggs. She is awesome.

I have seen on this website certain breeds that lay double yolk eggs. Golden comets and some sex links.
