Down to two 1 year olds

We lost one this weekend and it seems best to add before we lose another and am left with one lonely one. Thoughts? Wait for spring?

I'd get two to add now (everyone and their mother seems to have pullets to unload right now).

I guess I worry about having a lonely bird. Not really anticipating it. More wondering if a flock of two is good for the birds? We will get more eventually. Easier to add now or later?

This is exactly why my grandmother says to always have at least three birds in a flock (and knowing my luck, if I got down to two something WOULD happen to one of them).
