Drake aggressive towards dogs and cats

I have 1 female (Duncan) and 1 male (Drake) duck. I'm new to all this so as they grow, I'm learning a lot. Lately, Drake has been really aggressive to my dogs and cats. When they go in the backyard, he's quick to charge at them. My dogs are afraid to go outside now.

Why is this happening and how do I make it stop?

Hormones is the culprit. I’d not give your drake opportunity to go after your dogs and cats maybe make an area for the ducks and the dogs an cats have their own area. Then when your dogs an cats are inside let the ducks have the yard.
