Females will have white, blue, and green tinted feathers on their wings. Are they still quacking or are they making the muted, softer vocalizations of drakes? At this age ducks will have brown/black bills and drake bills may be turning a sort of khaki color. Eventually when they molt late summer/early fall drakes will get green head plumage, chestnut chest feathering and complete drake feathering whereas hens will remain basically brown.

Two drakes with no hens may or may not present a problem. Some are OK, others not so much.
