Drakes making hens bald.

I swear I posted this exact same thing about our rooster and chickens. Rooster has since been beheaded. Now I've noticed our hens have bald strips down their heads. Obviously the drakes are being a bit rough. I want no baby ducks. No intention of hatching any, ever. So the drakes really aren't necessary at all. We have 2 drakes and 6 hens. They've split off so that each drake has 3 hens. Should I just kill the drakes or will they get nicer once they figure out this mating thing. It is the first mating season we've had them for.
