Okay so this chick had been pipped for about a day and seem to stop moving along but i saw that it was still beating so i left it and it hatched but it has dried up mucus all around it and missing feathers what would be the best think to do its up and standing and chirping a lot.

i think it’s got gunk stuck in its fluff. you can try bathing it for a minute in warm water (95-100F). Make sure to keep its head above the water. Then swaddle it well in a paper towel for 2 minutes to soak up all the extra moisture, followed by the blow dryer (low setting). Makre sure the blow dryer isn’t too hot. She should be dry in about a minute or two.

My main concern is this foot.

I had a chick with the same problem. It fixed in a couple of days after I made this shoe.

You get a piece of cardboard the same size as foot. Then place the foot (toes spread out) on the cardboard. Put a plaster/tape over it.
After a few days you can take it off, give her a few foot massages a day, it will be normal in no time!
