Dropped my rabbit

Hi I accidentally dropped my rabbit from about 3 ft and it hit an open drawer from my dresser on its belly on the way down. She did not cry out. She sat there for a little while looking a bit confused but walked around a bit after. She doesn't appear to be limping or anything, I got her favorite treats and she came to them and ate what I gave her. Now she is back in her cage. Just being more still than normal. Is she just traumatized? Will she be ok?

How big is she? She is probably ok, but watch her for a couple days for any signs of injury.
