Dry fowl pox?

Just noticed this today when we went out to the coop. We only have 3 hens at the moment. What can I do to help her if anything and should I separate her from the other two?? Thanks!

Fowl pox virus is spread by mosquitoes in the area, and that appears to be what she has. The other two may get it as well. Separating her might keep them from getting it from her discarded scabs, but sometimes reintegrating a hen who has been out of the flock, can be difficult. There is no treatment for dry pox, but some paint the scabs not close to eyes with Betadine (povidone iodine.) If scabs near eyes are causing infection, applying plain Neosporin ointment twice a day to eyes can be helpful. There is a vaccine available.

Definitely fowl pox. In addition to what Eggcessive stated, once your hen gets over the virus in about 4-6 weeks, she will be immune to that particular strain thereafter. Eggs are safe to eat.
