For a dry hatch, do I leave one of the two vent plugs in, or take them both out, or leave them both in?

    I have the same question!
But will even take it back to starting out. Do I start with vents open?

Leave as many vents open as you can while maintaining your ideal humidity. The more fresh air the better at all stages.

They actually did a study where they found that fresh air is not really that essential until lockdown.
