Dry Redness around eyes of 6 week old Plymouth Rock

These are my Plymouth Rock chicks. The one with the gold around the eye is normal. The other one has developed a dark red dryness around both if her eyes. She is still eating well and acting normal. They are both about 6 weeks old.

Chickens faces will get more red as they mature, and when they are warm, or excited. I don't see anything that looks wrong.
