Dubbing?Is it necessary?

If I get a OEGB roo, and dont show him, does he still need to be dubbed? I really only want to show the more docile hens.

nope

it is part of the breed standard to reflect their heritage as fighting birds. If you are not going to show him don't worry. frostbite may be a concern depending on where you are. game hens make good broodys
