D'Uccle Mille Fleur?

The other night. my little Cochin lost her best bud in an unfortunate raccoon raid. I need to find her a new pal or two. I love the quirky, friendly & docile personalities that Cochins tend to have, but getting a Mille Fleur has always been in the back of my head.

So, my question... Is the typical Mille Fleur personality similar to that of a Cochin? Pippi needs a mellow buddy; the poor girl gets harassed enough by the other birds in my small flock.
