Duck Beaks ??

Hello Everyone

I have a Indian Runner Duck, and her hide is peeling off between her nostril and eye area.
Is this normal? If not, what can be done to help her? Thanks!

I'm having a hard time picturing what you're talking about. Do you have a picture? Are you talking about the bill?
