Hello, I am wondering what duck breeds you guys suggest for: good egg production, broody, and not able to fly. I have an 11lb pekin drake, and I am hoping to add 5 females to the duck pen. Also, is Metzerfarms a good place to order from?

Hey Zieger, welcome to BYC :) There's a duck section under 'other poultry' on the forums - you might want to go check it out, maybe even start your own thread. Good luck! Cya around.

I don't know much about ducks but, I think you would receive good answers if you post on the "Duck thread."

I have a Muscovy hen that has been sitting on a nest for 46 days. What should I do?

Khaki Campbells are one of the best breeds for egg production and they can't fly. They aren't really that broody though
