Duck egg, pasta!

As selling duck eggs here in West Virginia some kind of ducks, we decided to use the excess eggs to make some pasta:

That's the result of ~1.5Kg of pasta dough, made with 10 duck-eggs.

That does look yummy. How do you store all of that pasta?

Once it is really really dried out, it will be packed into plastic containers and stored in the basement-pantry. Should be good to eat for 10-12 months.

What time is supper ?

Duck supper is currently at ~20:15 when it starts to get really dark outside. Human supper depends on the daily schedule, between 19:00 and 23:00.

I need to fix the problems with my veggie garden next year, this year everything was a total bust, maybe due to the way too wet spring here. I can trade in duck eggs for flour, grow the tomatoes for the pasta sauce and have zucchini and peppers as vegetables, so i can produce a full meal almost by myself.

Haven't thought about that yet! - I was more focused on duck-egg lasagna…
