Duck has internally pipped. over 28 days and no sound? Help! My duck egg has internally pipped but no external pip yet and i can't hear anything. I'm beginning to think i'm a moron and killed all the eggs

Does it have a safety hole? Did you autopsy the other one?.

Ok, remain calm. Can you see any movement at all? If so, gently do a safety hole into the air cell. If you do and can do it very carefully pick at the shell a bit around the hole as long as you don't get bleeding. Just a little bit. I rarely hear any sound coming from my eggs so that doesn't always mean they are dead.
