Im looking to fill my in incubator with duck eggs. Im leaning toward runners and cayugas but could be swayed by other breeds. Can anyone help me? I have an automatic turner in my 1588 that holds 42 chicken eggs. can I get the same # of duck eggs in there?

Hi, I can send you some pekin duck eggs if you are interested. Please pm. My duck eggs are larger than xlarge chicken eggs so if you lay them on their side, no, it cannot fit the incubator. I've had 23 put in at lock down at it was pretty full!

Here's a link to one of the auctions about the duck eggs.

And my last hatch, just out of the incubator..still damp!

I have Dark Campbells now, and I'll have some sex-linked Indian Runner eggs (females are dusty yellow and males are silvery, brownish blue at hatching) next week - I'm just going to set one more batch and I'm done for the year. The Runner eggs are coming from a pair of birds though, so I can't send many at a time - but, they have some really neat color dilutions. I'm waiting on recent pictures of some ducklings I sold earlier this year.

Anyways, send me an e-mail if you're interested.
