Can you all post pictures of your duck house/run/enclosure. I’m adding ducklings to our small farm and want to get some fun inspo for a duck house !

Here are a couple of photos from that article.

It has changed a bit over the years.... I now have wire over the top of the entire orchard/pen that the duck house is in.

Winters are crazy long here, and summers are cool, never hot.

So, I wanted the entire front south wall ripple plastic for heat gain. I wanted as much space in there as possible, so lots of square footage.

The west wall is mostly open, and eves both south and north sides are completely open. Also, the north wall is made from pallets without any cover... so gaps between slats. About half of the east wall is just a pallet.

In other words... lots of ventilation.

The south wall. You can see the small fenced in entrance on the west end of the coop (end furthest away from where I am standing).

Later on I added a wire roof over this entire area.... I think this orchard/pen is 18x 24.
