Duck houses/pens...please post pics of yours

Calling all duck owners - can you please post pictures of your duck house and/or pen?

I am wanting to add ducks to my farm family and would love to see some ideas for their home.

Here's the house -- but I need to get another picture of the bathtub now in place - with a gutter run to fill the tub...

And I'm still working on the windows to fit that triangular space...

And here are the girls and the guineas --

They've been out and about practically all winter --

How did I get 6 eggs yesterday from 5 ducks and one drake?? Just answer me that ?

My pens are simple 4'x8' plywood boxes with hinged roofs. Here's what they look like from the duck's perspective:

*Note - I haven't been using the cat auto-feeders and waterers anymore - they're too hard to clean. Now, I use square, plastic dishpans - which are much easier to scrub out!

Good ventilation is a must - my vents are basically 6" gaps at the top of the walls, covered in wire mesh.

The "duckie doors" have to be secure from predators - I did once have a raccoon try to open these doors, but nothing's ever managed to get in:

I hope that helps you! My 45-year-old mother and I, who have very limited carpentry skills, built all my pens ourselves.
