Hi my one month old duck wing was bleeding. Cleaned him up and the bleeding had stopped. Is this a common injury? Is there anything else thst needs to be done? Help please!!

As feathers grow, blood flows in through the shaft of the new feather. If that gets pulled out or broken, there's bleeding.

Not to scare you, but sometimes the bleeding doesn't stop, and there is a serious risk of anemia and losing too much blood.

    Glad it stopped!
