Duck is jerking head to left side only

Hi if someone could please help. The duck I rescued female, Honey,who is now 8 months old started jerking her head to the left and closing the right eye, sort of like nerve damage or a twitch. The eye looks fine and can't see anything physically wrong. Her neck on the right looks a little swollen maybe something stuck? She is pooping just fine normal, really she is eating and drinking too! Not sure what could be wrong I thought maybe a bad spider or plant? If anyone knows please help, thanks!

Does she do that around other ducks? Or is she constantly doing it? It's normal behaviour, my ducks do this too and I think it means the other duck should leave them alone. Not sure if drakes do it as well
