I am fairly new to duck breeding. I got my first girls last summer, one Pekin and one Khaki. ( I already had 2 males) One of them has started a nest outside the duck house behind it hidden in the straw. The straw is being used for insulation around the duck house. We live in Pennsylvania and I think it's still too cold for this outside nest. Should I continue to take the eggs out of the nest or should I let them start setting on the nest? The eggs are fertilized and I have two already in the incubator. When is a good time to let her start sitting on the nest?
