I'd separate the bully instead. No reason to make the little one suffer further. :hmm

How big is their enclosure? And how old are they?

If he has visible blood still I'd wash it off and put on some neosporin.

I had a bully when I introduced our day old duckling to our 2 week old ducklings so I made a divider out of hardware clothe and if I wasn’t able to watch I kept tiny on one side older ones on the other I used gorilla tape to cover the edges. After 4 days they became best buds.

I'd separate the 'big guy' from the flock - not the little one.
