Duck Questions

I'm looking into getting ducks for eggs and i have a few questions:

Will they make my yard look bad because they eat everything?

What kind of house do they need?

Will they get my pond dirty?

Can they eat chicken food?

Will the drakes attack me?

How often do they go broody?

Do they get along with chickens?

Can they be nice if you give them enough attention?

Can you hatch eggs in a hovabator, and how much humidity do they need to hatch?

Is it easier to start with ducklings?

we have ivy, tulips and a bunch of flowers, will they eat them?
