Duck umbilical exposed please advise. Hatched this morning, 5 hours ago. It’s active and chirping but still in the incubator.

Thank you for your help. I have been searching trying to figure out what to do, if anything.
Do you think I should put her I. The brooder with her water and food or keep her in the incubator?

I think you need to cut most of that off. If you don't, there is a risk of it getting caught on something and pulling out the intestines. Can you get another picture of this area?

I don’t know whether to put her in the brooder with food and water or leave her in the incubator. I have tried to offer her some water with electrolytes but she has only dipped her bill in it but hasn’t drank any. I am just so worried.

The long stringy part already came off in between. But the bulbous area is still attached.
