Duck won’t leave gosling/duckling alone.

So I have a 10 week old goose and duck, they have a pen and coop. I got another goose and duck they are babies, about 4 weeks ago, and the duck absolutely hates them and tried to kill them.
So I waited a few weeks (they are ab 4 weeks old) and now I have them in a small pen, inside the big pen. The goose literally could care less, but the duck will not leave the outside of their pen. She in determined to get in there to them, she vibrates and quacks at them constantly.

Will this get better? What should I do?

Yes. It will get better once they are full grown. Plus there are two of them and one of her. So she will probably be outnumbered. Just wait until they are full size and they will duke it out. But then likely be fine after that.
