Duckling can't walk

Our duckling just hatched today, we think somewhat prematurely. The duckling is trying hard to walk, but keeps tipping over. I have read about splayed leg and am not convinced it is that, though it is possible. Rather than the legs splaying a part, it seems that the duck is balanced on one leg and the other leg just isn't working.

Any ideas on how I can help the duckling?
