Duckling food

I got ducklings and goslings coming next week from Metzer so I went to get feed today and they gave me Broiler Starter/Finisher. I can give this to them right?

What is the percent? I like to use a 20% starter for the first 5 or so weeks, then I switch over to 15% grower/finisher.

I had my ducks on a 20% starter and the label on the pack said not to used beyond the first 3 weeks in ducks. Studies show that too much protein will cause rapid grows, which can lead to angel wings and bad legs. Mine are now on 16% with free ranging in the daytime. Many growers suggest to not even use anything over 16%, not even in the first couple of weeks.
