I think regular soap and water is fine... maybe boil it first if it's well water. I used well water straight from the tap on mine and they healed up fine. Pain wise, I wouldn't use anything but Meloxicam, but that's only because I have it and I know what the dose is. Some people use aspirin, but I don't know what the dose should be.What about sea salt water? To rinse? And pain wise... ?
