Hello! I have 3 almost 2 week old ducklings. I have been letting them swim for 6 minutes at a time in a bathtub with about an inch of water. I started adding some bits of herbs from our garden into the water to interest them yesterday (Oregano, thyme, mint, basil) not much at all, just a pitch finely chopped. I have been feeding them chick grit(the DuMOR insoluble) but they seem to be crazed about it. I have been offering them it in a mini dish but with a few minutes it’s all gone. I also have a larger mini custard dish, should I use that instead?I don’t no how much I should be refilling it, I assume too much could be bad for them. How much should I give them/how often should I refill the dish? I will include a picture of the dish for size reference. The one that has the grit in it is the one I’ve been using but I could use the white dish instead.
