This one is 2 days old was fine this morning now doing this. First hatch not sure what to do for him he is gasping and making a wheezing nouse

Is this little one still alive?
Gasping and wheezing sounds like choking. Is there water available 24/7? Could he or she have swallowed something? @Acorbell
