Crowing
I need some advice. I did a candle today to see where my little eggs that are ahead of everyone are right now. I have two that have air sacs that have dropped down a far amount in just 24-48. They have almost no light able to go through them but a very small space. They were not supposed to be here until Friday. They are not following the schedule very well!
But one I saw poking at the air sac membrain towards my candling light several times, and another was looking like it was experimentally poking at it too. Both of the ones that were poking happen to have the most wonky air cell shapes too. The other four look close to these two but might be a little bit behind it as there seems to be a bit more light on candling.
Should I take out my eggs that are two weeks behind and put the bator on lockdown tonight (I have another incubator set up just in case this happened). Candle tomorrow then decide then. Up the humidity some but not to the full 70%.
I didn't think they would be this dark until Friday even with them behind ahead of my other eggs. Certainly didn't think I would get to see anyone poking at the membrain at all! GAH!
