Duckling with 2 lame feet

Hi! I just got ducklings in the mail and they are all healthy except for one that can't stand or walk because her feet are curled and can't support her. I put her in a box by herself so she wouldn't get trampled by other ducklings but I don't know what to do for her feet. Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

You should contact them and get your money back for that one.

If you google splints for duck feet you should be able to find info on how to correct it.

Can you post pics of the duckling's feet? Sounds like it possibly needs boots/shoes to straighten out the feet. These things are usually pretty easy to fix when they're this young, as long as you do it asap. This is a great site on how to fix leg/foot problems in chickens (also applies to ducks):
