Just received my ducklings today. One was dead on arrival but another Cayuga is very weak, though she did eat and drink a bit but only when she first arrived this afternoon. She has bloody poop or bloody butt. I don't see how she will live through the night. I just found her lying in the brooder box waterer with her beak submerged for a few seconds...almost like she fell asleep...and then she will jerk her hear straight up only to let her head slowly dip back down into the waterer. Over and over again.

I removed her from the water and dried her off. My question is what could she possibly sick with? I cleaned the waterer and sanitized it but could this be contagious?

    Thank you!

Sounds like she has Cocci and she needs meds asap.

Yes it's contagious, and if you want to save her and the others you need to get to a vet immediately!
