Ducklings dying

i got five ducklings several months ago. 3 crested pekin, 1 Rouen and 1 khaki Campbell. They were doing fantastic, then one day I took water out to them, and came back to find all 3 Pekin dead around the water feeder. That was almost two months ago, and the Rouen and khaki have been doing fantastic, eating heartily and having fun until today. Today I took food and water to them as usual, then checked on them an hour later and the khaki was dead. Stuff, head arched back, one leg down and one pulled up beside her torso. What happened??? I’m heartbroken!

Forgot to add there was a small amount of food in her bill.

Choked probably... How near is the water to the food? They need water to wash down the food or else they choke. Sorry for your loss.
