Ducklings eyes super dry, no discharge

hey so my 2.5 week old ducklings have these super dry eyes (I think)

There’s no discharge or anything and they don’t seem to be in any pain.

I’ve read that it could have been just feathers coming in. But just wanting to check because they don’t seem to be in any discomfort

Does it have water deep enough to dunk it's head.

Maybe some pediatric eye drop? Or Veterycin eye ointment? If no discharge then probably nothing to worry about. Sure are precious ones

It’s a “cat food bowl” so it’s deep enough to get there heads in but because of the shape they can’t fully submerge there heads (if that makes sense)

I might invest in a better one so there able to get there head in better

Make something like this sure helps keep the mess down if you sit it in a pan or tray and they can dunk their heads to clean their eyes out.
