Ducklings fighting

    My male muscovy duckling attacked my male khaki mallard duckling now he won't eat and not active what should I do

    Did he hurt him? Or just scare him? How old are they? Did you separate them?

    He plucked some feathers out and scared him he wouldn't eat he just sat there they are six weeks old

    Awww... Not uncommon to lose their appetite when they've had trauma. If the other keeps bullying him, you may have to permanently separate or rehome one. Good luck!

    If they are not continuing to hurt each other, draw blood, or poke each other's eyes out, this may be some pecking order action to establish order in the group.

    We separated them we put the male and female mousovy ducklings in a different cage and are three khaki mallard hybrids ducklings in a cage hopefully they will be ok
