Ducklings pooping out blood, emergency!

I don’t have much experience with taking care of ducks. I’ve just hatched these ducklings from duck egg Balut and feed them with an amazon bag of feed called Mama Pro duck starter crumble. 2 of my ducklings have started pooping out blood out of nowhere. The 1st one died while I was sleeping so I didn’t really know much what really happened except for a big red stain. The 2nd have pooped out blood twice (at the moment of typing this) and seems pretty sluggish. The duck just sits down and closes it’s eyes and sometimes shake. I think the reason this happens because I feed the duck water and food separately. I would usually feed the food first then the water. I don’t really know what to do except for just give it some water and let it rest. Please tell me what to do.
