Ducks are Peach -ish

Has amyone had their ducks turn peach in color. They were so white and beautiful. They are still beautiful but whats up with the color. Same diet as always. Is this a winter thing.

2. You're comparing them to the snow, which is very white, and makes you notice the yellow more.

X2! That is an adorable picture!! My Pekins have a light yellow color even on them, I love it though!

My white layers look more like the Buff Orpingtons due to not being able to use the pool at the moment! They have played in loamy puddles before the rain changed into snow and the temperatures plummeted to freezing. Tomorrow, when it will be above the freezing mark i will fill their pool with fresh water and they will be squeaky clean again.
Sometimes in winter those discolorations happen when they can't get their hourly bath-time… Nothing to worry about.

Yes, some of my pekins look the same way, and it’s exactly what they ALL said above...no worries..as long as they are full feathered and cozy..they are good!
