I have 2 Muscovy ducks and 1 silky chicken who we’ve had living in the same coop for over 2yrs. They’ve always got along fine, except the past week or two they (chicken and 1 duck) have singled out one of my ducks and will chase her around and pull her feathers. She is so scared and sits alone by herself for most of the day if she’s not running away from them. Any thoughts of what this could mean? I thought maybe they were broody and not wanting her near the eggs but there was only one egg in the nest. Would getting another duck help to even it out and at least the other one will have a friend?

Not sure about silkies, but muscovy are notorious for singling out 1 duck. I'm surprised since there are only 2 muscovy, but it must be because the silky is in on it as well.
If it were me, I'd separate the silky and find her some chicken pals.
Or you could separate the muscovy who is doing the bullying or the one being bullied.
