Ducks laying fertilised eggs in bath?

I have five indian runners in my paddock, two drakes and three ducks and I haven't been able to find any eggs lately. They have a bath to swim in and today when I went to clean it out and refill it I found three eggs and a duck foetus :/. Is there anyway the bath is warm enough to incubate them?

What is the temperature?

I'm not quite sure the temperature as I've emptied the bath now but it's in the sun for most of the day so maybe about 25 Celsius? Maybe more.
