Ducks loosing feathers?

Hi,

I was worried about my ducks loosing feathers. I'm not sure if they are moulting, or there is something else going on?

I have a Kaki Campbell and a Cherry Valley, both about 3 months old, both girls.
They have not long had proper feathers so i thought it would be odd to be moulting already?
I noticed the Cherry Vally loosing them first, but not too many and it was only tiny ones. But now my garden seems to be quite littered with white feathers, and the Campbell has started following suit.
It's still pretty much only the smaller feathers, and a couple of big ones.

Is this just part of their growing up process or a moult or something else? I've had a quick look for any lice etc but couldn't see anything, not easy though as they not too keen on been handled.

I was so surprised when, about a month or so after finally getting all their adult feathers, my Runners started looking like puffy pillows losing their feathers. Feathers everywhere! Kinda cute, but a little worrying at first till I read that this was a normal phase.
