I've divided my runs into two separate runs, one being for my wife's laying hens, and the other for my meat birds, about 45 Freedom Rangers.
My question is, should I want to try my hand at raising White Muscovy Ducks as a meat bird, can I put them in with my other meat chickens? If all we're talking is 12-14 weeks from receiving to slaughter, I'd hardly think it would be worth all the effort of constructing another run just to separate 16 ducks!
